  This company not only failed to delivery the flowers I ordered within the same day, they also took my billing address to be my delivery address. When I phoned and requested the flowers now be delivered to a home address instead of the hospital they tried to charge me a delivery fee despite this being their mistake. The man on the phone was incredibly rude. When I refused to pay the delivery fee he refused to process the order.

  the store at sheppartons customer service absolutely stinks , your company policy of refusing cash refunds even when the customer paid in cash and would only put the refund on an atm card, is against the law, here I am a disabled pensioner buying a much needed vaccumm cleaner to make my life easier instead of a straw broom, only to encounter your Shepparton store and your company policy of no cash refunds, firstly we go in the store and the man quoted 99 dollars for a pet vacumm cleaner, we go to the register and apparently the man at the register tried to make us pay 199 dollars when we called 2 hrs later to say the vacumm cleaner wasnt working thats when the store mgr came up with the excuse they had forgotten to update their registers, then the only way I could get my money back was to threaten not to leave the store until they gave me a cash refund the same payment method I used to buy the vacumm cleaner , now I know why they were selling them cheap I hadused the cleaner for barely 5 minutes before it decided to start switching itself off, I cAN TELL EVERYONE DO NOT EVER BUY FROM GODFREYS WHEN THEY TRY A STUNT LIKE THIS ON A DISABLED PENSIONER WHO NEEDS A VACUMM CLEANER TO GET THE CLEANING DONE GODFREYS AS A COMPANY YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES , YOU CLAIM CHEAP YES, BUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXPENSIVE STRESSING OUT YOUR CUSTOMERS, I PROMISE I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP AT YOUR STORES , IF I SEE SOMEONE OR HEAR SOMEONE TALKING ABOUT GOING TO YOUR STORE I WILL TELL THEM THIS STORY SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME GODFREYS SHAME ON YOU MONEY BEFORE CUSTOMERS SHAME SHAME SHAME
